What you will do

• Configure and deploy poker games, promotions, game attributes, and tournament guarantees across North American platforms.
• Analyze historical and forecasted results to adjust tournament guarantees and improve commercial performance.
• Recommend changes to poker offerings based on liquidity, player preferences, competitor activity, and market trends.
• Coordinate visual asset delivery and merchandising updates to maintain accurate messaging and smooth player journeys.
• Support internal partners with game and promotional configurations, poker education, and timely performance reporting.
• Handle escalations involving poker operations, software, and technical issues.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in gaming, operations, or analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the online gaming industry.
• Extensive knowledge of poker, including game and betting variations, game theory basics, industry trends, operators, and product offerings.
• In-depth experience with regulated North American poker applications and software, including catalogs, features, and promotions.
• Significant experience playing online poker and working with complex systems.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, analytical, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel skills, with willingness to work long or unusual hours.
