iGaming Floor Supervisor (iGaming): Overseeing live-streaming casino operations to ensure compliance with multi-state gaming regulations and company policies with an accent on regulatory oversight, game integrity, and technical management. Focus on supervising live dealers and shufflers, resolving guest escalations, and maintaining a high-energy compliant work environment.
Location: Must be based in Atlantic City, NJ. Must be able to obtain and maintain a New Jersey Gaming License and a West Virginia Casino Employee Registration.
Salary: $24.00/hour + Hourly Performance Bonus ($0.25 – $3.00/hour)

What you will do
- Supervise Live Dealers and Shufflers to ensure total compliance with multi-state Gaming Commission Regulations and company policies.
- Monitor studio operations, implement new management policies, and ensure operational reports adhere to procedures.
- Maintain game integrity by swiftly correcting dealer or shuffler mistakes in a compliant manner.
- Address studio technical disruptions immediately and coordinate resolutions according to gaming regulations.
- Professionally resolve guest complaints and manage conflict in accordance with chat and service policies.
- Collaborate with management to test and evaluate studio and application performance for online gaming operations.
Requirements
- Age: Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Licensing: Must be able to obtain and maintain a New Jersey Gaming License and a West Virginia Casino Employee Registration.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of Supervisory and Customer Service experience.
- Basic-to-intermediate Microsoft Excel and general computer proficiency.
- Ability to deal, sort, shuffle, and count cards and operate gaming equipment.
