What you will do

• Present live games in a professional streaming environment according to established procedures.
• Communicate effectively with players via chat while maintaining a high level of guest service.
• Follow instructions from Pit-bosses and Trainers to ensure smooth game operations.
• Report any risks, mistakes, or unusual activities in the studio immediately.
• Participate in marketing promotions, including photo and video shoots.
• Attend required briefings and training sessions to improve professional skills.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain a Michigan Gaming License.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer skills and ability to perform repetitive physical tasks like shuffling and dealing cards.
