What you will do

• Supervise Live Dealers and Shufflers to ensure compliance with Gaming Commission Regulations and company policies.
• Promptly correct operational mistakes in the live streaming environment.
• Monitor studio operations and technical disruptions, ensuring immediate resolution.
• Handle and escalate guest complaints professionally according to chat policy.
• Collaborate with management to test and evaluate application performance.
• Provide essential support to the Site Manager in executing daily operational tasks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• At least 1 year of Customer Service experience.
• Basic to Intermediate Excel and general computer proficiency.
• Ability to deal, sort, shuffle, and count cards.
• Must be able to obtain a Michigan Gaming License.
