What you will do

• Supervise Live Dealers and Shufflers to ensure strict compliance with multi-state Gaming Commission Regulations and company policies.
• Correct operational mistakes promptly and ensure the professional delivery of live gaming services.
• Monitor studio operations for technical disruptions and ensure immediate resolution.
• Handle and escalate guest complaints regarding game-related queries according to chat policy.
• Collaborate with management to test and evaluate studio and application performance.
• Provide essential operational support to the Site Manager.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Bensalem, PA.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Basic to Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License and a West Virginia Casino Employee Registration.
