What you will do

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on industrial electrical and control systems throughout the power plant.
• Maintain and test low- and medium-voltage switchgear, circuit breakers, motor starters, transformers, and related equipment.
• Service higher-voltage switchyard equipment and steam turbine-driven generators.
• Maintain electrical systems for energy-from-waste boilers, fans, motors, refuse cranes, and air pollution control systems.
• Troubleshoot, inspect, adjust, and repair CEMS and flow, pressure, temperature, and level instrumentation.
• Work safely as part of a small maintenance team while supporting reliable facility operations.

Requirements

• Experience maintaining electrical and instrumentation systems in an industrial or power plant environment.
• Ability to diagnose and repair equipment ranging from 120V to 13.8kV, including AC switchgear and motor control centers.
• Knowledge of boilers, generators, industrial motors, controllers, transmitters, and process instrumentation.
• Ability to perform routine and emergency maintenance while upholding safety and workplace conduct standards.
• Ability to work at the Camden, New Jersey facility.
