What you will do

• Build, assemble, integrate, and bring up semiconductor equipment and subsystems.
• Install and maintain ultra-high vacuum chambers, pumps, gauges, valves, and gas delivery hardware.
• Wire electrical cabinets, controls, sensors, interlocks, and cable assemblies.
• Execute test procedures, helium leak tests, vacuum qualifications, and system diagnostics.
• Troubleshoot electrical, vacuum, mechanical, pneumatic, and control-system failures.
• Support prototype builds, engineering experiments, equipment upgrades, production systems, and field installations.

Requirements

• Senior technician with 10–15 years of semiconductor industry experience; a minimum of 4–6 years of related experience is also listed.
• Experience supporting semiconductor capital equipment and semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Hands-on experience with ultra-high vacuum systems, cleanroom practices, contamination control, and mechanical system integration.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical wiring, control systems, equipment interlocks, and related hardware.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and engineering drawings and use DVMs, clamp-on ammeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.
• Ability to stand, squat, kneel, bend, reach, and safely lift components weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
