Salary: $86,300 - $169,860 USD per year

What you will do

• Drive tool installation milestones, including rigging, placement, hook-up, and qualification.
• Coordinate technical design reviews and validate OEM data against hirify.global standards.
• Manage multi-supplier coordination and execution planning to ensure resource readiness.
• Oversee OEM and third-party vendors to optimize qualification durations and KPIs.
• Apply Lean principles to reduce installation waste and improve overall quality.
• Champion safety and compliance protocols within cleanroom and construction environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business or related field with 3+ years of experience.
• Alternative: Associate's degree in semiconductor manufacturing with 5+ years of experience, or 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proven experience in Project Management or as an Equipment/Engineering Tool Owner.
• Ability to work onsite in a cleanroom/construction environment.
• Not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
