What you will do

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on precision semiconductor manufacturing tools.
• Maintain accurate records and tracking of tool status, maintenance, and technical issues.
• Coordinate with process engineers to troubleshoot equipment and process malfunctions.
• Manage the installation of new equipment and the decommissioning of old systems.
• Coordinate and escort on-site vendors as required.
• Ensure safe toolset operation in alignment with environmental, health, and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in engineering, chemistry, materials science, physics, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience with MEMS, semiconductor, photonics, or advanced fabrication equipment.
• Hands-on experience with vacuum systems, high-voltage systems, chemical handling, and high-temperature systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in software and control systems for equipment toolsets.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• Technical or vocational training in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, or automotive systems.
• Military technical experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or lab technician roles.
