Solution Consultant (Small Enterprise)

Solution Consultant (Small Enterprise) (SaaS/Pre-Sales): Supporting small-enterprise sales engagements through technical discovery, presentations, demonstrations, and validations of a digital employee experience management platform with an accent on translating technical capabilities into business outcomes. Focus on designing pragmatic solutions, navigating complex customer environments, and building technical consensus across IT and executive stakeholders.

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, USA; hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the Boston office and 2 days working from home. Occasional travel within the United States and internationally is required.

Salary: USD 90,000–110,000 per year, with potential commission or performance bonus.

What you will do

• Provide technical support throughout sales opportunities, including discovery meetings, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and technical closing activities.
• Engage prospects and customers to communicate the platform’s value proposition, differentiators, and business outcomes.
• Support qualification and solution alignment with Client Specialists and regional sales directors across the United States.
• Illustrate use cases for End User Computing, IT Operations, and IT Service Management stakeholders.
• Complete technical sections of security questionnaires, RFIs, and RFPs.
• Run technical validations, including proof-of-concept and proof-of-value engagements, and participate in webinars and marketing events.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in pre-sales or technical consulting, ideally with End User Computing SaaS or cloud-based solutions.
• Proven experience partnering with sales teams to achieve revenue goals in a high-velocity sales environment.
• Knowledge of workplace, end-user, or desktop services; digital experience monitoring; cloud; Windows; Microsoft 365; ITIL; or security, governance, risk, and compliance.
• Ability to navigate complex solution environments and translate business context into pragmatic solutions.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, learn new products quickly, and collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
