What you will do

• Participate in the sales process by collaborating with direct and channel sales teams.
• Discover and translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations and present business value to prospective clients.
• Assist in developing RFP responses in coordination with internal teams.
• Lead onsite and remote Proof of Value (POV) evaluations.
• Provide feedback to Product Management regarding product enhancements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience as a pre-sales technical resource in enterprise B2B software.
• Working knowledge of technical infrastructure including web services, databases, and directories.
• Conversant in modern SaaS architecture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in the US, with a preference for the Ohio Valley or Northeast states.
• Ability to travel up to 25% within the US.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience with Identity, Governance, and Access Management (IGA) solutions.
• Familiarity with Java, XML, LDAP, SQL, JSON, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA.
