Senior Solutions Architect (CI/CD)

TL;DR

Senior Solutions Architect (CI/CD): Designing and demonstrating scalable CI/CD and DevOps solutions for prospective and existing customers with an accent on technical validation, platform migrations, and consultative solution architecture. Focus on solving complex platform-engineering challenges, guiding proofs of concept, and translating customer needs into product and engineering feedback.

Location: Fully remote, based in the United States, with a West Coast focus. Work from anywhere in the world is available for up to 6 weeks per year as a temporary benefit.

Salary: $145,000–$180,000 USD base salary, plus sales commission through an 80/20 OTE structure.

What you will do

• Partner with Sales to identify opportunities aligned with the hirify.global platform.
• Analyze customer CI/CD architectures and workflows to identify efficiency and delivery improvements.
• Design and deliver technical demonstrations, proofs of concept, and solution validations.
• Advise customers on migrating from existing tools to hirify.global’s scalable platform and dynamic pipeline approach.
• Share customer feedback with Product Engineering and help shape platform strategy.
• Educate Sales, present at industry events, and support consultative technical deal closure.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as hirify.global, Jenkins, CircleCI, AWS CodePipeline, Azure Pipelines, or GitLab.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and DevOps technologies.
• Expertise with AWS, GCP, and Azure cloud platforms.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts, present clearly, identify customer needs, and design tailored solutions.
• Curious, consultative approach with strong collaboration skills across Sales, Product, Solutions, and Engineering.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with emerging build technologies such as Bazel or iOS development tools.
• Experience representing technical solutions at industry events and conferences.
