Enterprise Solutions Architect (Observability): Designing and validating technical observability capabilities for large enterprise customers with an accent on OpenTelemetry and cloud-native architectures. Focus on delivering high-impact Proofs of Concept, guiding architecture discussions, and translating complex requirements into scalable implementations.

Location: Must be US-based (Remote), with a preference for the East Coast, specifically Boston or NYC

Compensation: $180K – $240K + Equity & Commission

What you will do

• Design and architect observability solutions using OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.
• Translate complex enterprise requirements into scalable and maintainable hirify.global implementations.
• Develop and execute Proofs of Concept (POCs) to demonstrate differentiated technical capabilities.
• Deliver technical demos and presentations tailored to engineering and executive audiences.
• Partner with Account Executives to position the platform as the technical solution of choice.
• Collaborate with Product Management to provide technical insights that influence the roadmap.

Requirements

• Deep technical expertise in Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, observability pipelines, and distributed tracing.
• Hands-on experience with instrumentation, telemetry data ingestion, and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of modern DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering practices.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to both engineers and executives.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot.
• Contributions to technical content, blog posts, or open-source documentation.
• Familiarity with the CNCF ecosystem and community.
• Experience working in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment.
