Salary: $120,000–$150,000 annual compensation

What you will do

• Research, design, implement, and manage software applications for the scholarship platform.
• Work with Product, Engineering, and internal stakeholders to define requirements and technical solutions.
• Write, test, and implement efficient code using the .NET and Angular stack.
• Review pull requests and provide actionable engineering feedback.
• Use AI coding tools as part of the daily development workflow.
• Coach and mentor other team members while supporting continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related software engineering experience.
• Strong technical, logical, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication skills for discussing complex issues with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Current authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
