Salary: $60–$65 per hour, equivalent to approximately $9,600–$10,400 per month based on 160 hours.

What you will do

• Design and implement self-contained systems and significant capabilities within existing systems.
• Develop Angular and Node.js solutions supported by MongoDB and related technologies.
• Write tests, document technical work, and perform root cause analysis for domain-level problems.
• Define test suites and instrumentation to maintain production latency, availability, observability, and supportability targets.
• Evaluate attack surfaces, prioritize vulnerability remediation, and guide secure implementation practices.
• Mentor engineers, decompose complex designs, and promote reusable, maintainable solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent experience and training.
• At least 9 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale production solutions.
• At least 5 years of experience with the core technical skills.
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular, Node.js, and MongoDB.
• Ability to work as a senior engineer with minimal direction on a critical MVP initiative.
• Analytical skills, self-motivation, teamwork, and the ability to work effectively in a complex domain.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent experience and training.
• Airline industry experience.
• Experience with GraphQL, NestJS, and Prisma.
