Salary: $131,600–$210,300 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do

• Design and build complex features and services across .NET-based applications.
• Own software development lifecycle activities for custom applications and SaaS solutions.
• Translate requirements into scalable system designs, lead design reviews, and uphold code quality standards.
• Modernize hirify.global University with GenAI learner-support tools, xAPI-based tracking, analytics, and gamification capabilities.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and improve reliability, availability, and resilience.
• Partner with product, security, infrastructure, and global agile engineering teams while mentoring engineers.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8+ years of relevant experience; alternative advanced-degree and PhD paths may apply.
• Expertise in C# and .NET with strong full-stack development across modern web frameworks, APIs, and Azure.
• Experience designing scalable, resilient enterprise systems and distributed architectures.
• Strong DevOps and CI/CD expertise, including containerization, release management, monitoring, and logging.
• Knowledge of security, authentication, secure development practices, concurrency, error handling, and enterprise-scale system design.
• Effective communication and collaboration across global agile teams.

Nice to have

• AI/ML and data engineering experience, including model development and large-scale data processing.
• Experience integrating Generative AI and conversational AI solutions, including RAG and NLP, into enterprise systems.
• Understanding of deep learning and neural network fundamentals.
• Experience versioning software and ML models and embedding AI into distributed systems.
