Enterprise Feed Manager (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of 20+ premier advertising-channel clients and serve as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Lead monthly client meetings, strategic business reviews, renewal discussions, and growth initiatives in partnership with Sales.
• Configure and map data from delimited files, XML, APIs, and custom scripts into the Feedonomics platform.
• Assess data quality, resolve discrepancies, and optimize product feeds for Google, Meta, TikTok, and other advertising platforms.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain platform integrations while coordinating with Product and Engineering on technical challenges.
• Document account processes, feed requirements, optimization strategies, project milestones, and client growth plans.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in data-feed account management, product-data optimization, and channel integrations.
• At least 3 years in client-facing support or relationship management.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing and/or ehirify.global performance.
• At least 3 years of project management experience managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, persuasion, presentation, and client relationship skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, prioritization, deadline management, and customer focus.
