What you will do

• Lead and execute Risk and Control Self-Assessments with Credit Risk Management stakeholders.
• Review control design, establish testing criteria, perform control testing, and identify control weaknesses or gaps.
• Develop and monitor Key Risk Indicators and provide operational risk analysis and reporting.
• Manage risk issues, action plans, and remediation activities through closure.
• Provide guidance on risk frameworks, policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and change initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders, risk partners, control owners, auditors, and cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve key risks.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or technical certificate, and/or 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of risk management governance, policies, operating frameworks, reporting, standards, regulations, and mitigation practices.
• Experience leading programs or projects, setting objectives, evaluating initiatives, and managing multiple deadlines.
• Strong analytical, reporting, judgment, communication, mentoring, and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Proficiency with analytical software, data analysis methods, reporting techniques, and Microsoft Office.
• Work location: Mount Laurel, New Jersey, United States.
