What you will do

• Approve counterparty research reviews and internal credit ratings analysis conducted by analysts.
• Develop financial models to evaluate debt servicing capabilities through cash flow projections.
• Analyze portfolio counterparties and recommend Regulatory Risk Ratings.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and escalate critical issues.
• Lead ongoing surveillance and produce portfolio observations for senior management.
• Coordinate with global Risk teams and other divisions including Investment Banking and Asset Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in credit risk or a similar financial analysis role.
• Must be based in or able to work from Salt Lake City, UT.

Nice to have

• Experience with valuation methods such as DCF and Multiple-based approaches.
• Proven track record of presenting research reports to senior internal stakeholders.
• Experience providing training and mentorship to junior analysts and peers.
