What you will do

• Partner with the CBO and GTM leaders across Partnerships, Business Development, Sales, and Expansion as a trusted communications advisor.
• Translate GTM strategies into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with commercial teams and the broader organization.
• Own the communications strategy and execution for major milestones, including sales kickoffs, QBRs, and organizational changes.
• Produce high-impact materials for all-hands meetings, town halls, executive memos, and leader videos.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Delivery, Marketing, People, and Finance teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Build AI-powered agents and automations to scale templated communication workflows while maintaining executive tone of voice.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in internal or executive communications, ideally within a fast-scaling SaaS or B2B environment.
• Proven track record of supporting senior commercial leadership (CBO, CRO, VPs).
• Deep fluency with GTM motions, including sales, account management, and partnerships.
• Exceptional writing and editorial instincts with the ability to adapt voice and tone.
• Strong operational capacity to run communications as a sequenced program rather than one-off tasks.
• Must be based in the United States.
