What you will do

• Partner with the Interim CTO, VP of Brand and Design, and CEO/CPO to serve as a trusted communications advisor.
• Translate technical strategies, roadmaps, and architecture decisions into compelling communications for the whole company.
• Own the communication strategy for major milestones, including product launches, organizational changes, and leadership transitions.
• Produce materials for all-hands meetings, town halls, executive memos, and quarterly reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Marketing, People, and Finance to align product work with internal positioning.
• Implement AI-driven projects and automations to scale communication processes while maintaining the leaders' tone of voice.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 7+ years of experience in internal, executive, or technical program communications, ideally in a fast-scaling SaaS or product-led company.
• Proven track record supporting senior technical leaders (CTO, CPO, VP hirify.globalering).
• Strong technical fluency with the ability to translate hirify.globalering trade-offs and systems concepts without oversimplifying.
• Exceptional writing and editorial skills with the ability to adapt voice and tone for executive leadership.
• Experience managing communication as a program with a focus on planning and sequencing messages.
