• Research, design, implement, and maintain software applications based on user requirements.
• Write, test, and deploy efficient production code.
• Build features for a new scholarship donation, eligibility, and fund distribution platform.
• Use AI coding tools as part of the daily development workflow.
• Recommend effective design and development approaches.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to transform customer needs into technical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related software engineering experience.
• Strong technical, logical, analytical, and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Clear communication skills for discussing complex technical issues.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with a team, and manage multiple priorities.
• Existing authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
