What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of features from technical design through implementation and deployment.
• Architect maintainable and scalable solutions aligned with the product direction.
• Strategically use AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) across the entire SDLC.
• Mentor engineers on effective AI-assisted workflows and help establish team-wide patterns.
• Drive improvements to development processes, tooling, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to balance technical quality with delivery speed.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of commercial software engineering experience shipping production systems.
• Deep understanding of OOP, design patterns, SOLID principles, and testing strategies.
• Proven experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) as a core part of your workflow.
• Ability to work across the stack, with .NET and React experience highly preferred.
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and frequent code shipping.
• Must be eligible for US-based employment (401k, HSA, and US health insurance provided).

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS or healthcare software environments.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience working in Agile teams with short iteration cycles.
