TL;DR

Software Developer (Fullstack) (.NET/Angular/AWS): Developing and maintaining full-stack components for the PHMSA Portal System with an accent on AWS cloud-native services and secure API integration. Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack components for the PHMSA Portal System (PPS).
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and services utilizing Amazon API Gateway and AWS Lambda functions.
• Support the integration of Portal Server components with Okta for single sign-on and identity management.
• Participate in the full application lifecycle, including technical planning, Agile development, and CI/CD pipeline activities.
• Implement DevSecOps practices, including automated code scanning and vulnerability remediation.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues for PPS services and applications.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years specialized in full-stack software development.
• Proficiency in .NET/C#, Angular, and relational databases within an AWS cloud environment (API Gateway, Lambda, S3, EC2).
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Nice to have

• Deep experience with AWS serverless architectures.
• Familiarity with Okta or similar identity/SSO platforms.
• Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
• Proven experience working in an Agile environment.
