Temporary Accountant

TL;DR

Salary: $30.02–$43.53 per hour, depending on applicable experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

What you will do

• Maintain financial reports, records, general ledgers, and account structures.
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, fixed assets, and financial reporting.
• Maintain balance sheet and income statement accounts in accordance with GAAP.
• Reconcile bank accounts, monitor daily cash balances, and support treasury and fraud-monitoring activities.
• Reconcile fixed assets to the general ledger, calculate depreciation, maintain tax ledgers, and process asset disposals.
• Assist other departments with accounting-related matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least three years of general accounting experience.
• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
• Ability to work in Avon, Minnesota, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne or Oracle Cloud.
• Professional certification such as CPA.
• AI experience.
