What you will do

• Refactor schemas and tables to remove duplication and improve consistency across Bronze, Silver, and Gold data layers.
• Optimize Airflow DAGs and production pipelines for reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Build and improve dbt models, including incremental models, materializations, aggregations, and data quality tests.
• Profile and tune Snowflake queries, warehouse sizing, clustering, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Resolve production data issues and improve dashboard and conversational product response times through pre-computation strategies.
• Own delivered solutions from implementation through production stability while collaborating with architects and engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer working with production-scale data platforms.
• Strong Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, SQL, and Python experience.
• Experience with Medallion Architecture, schema refactoring, data deduplication, and safe production migrations.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD practices in production environments.
• Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1) is required for technical discussions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Snowflake SnowPro or dbt Analytics Engineering certification.
• Experience with Monte Carlo, OpenLineage, dbt Docs, BI, or semantic layer tools.
• Experience with CDC or streaming data pipelines.
• Experience supporting AI, LLM, or conversational products.
