What you will do

• Own the end-to-end architecture of cloud-native data platforms using data mesh and data contracts.
• Design and deliver platforms utilizing Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, and GCP.
• Build and optimize high-performance batch and real-time pipelines with Kafka, Flink, and Kinesis.
• Manage large-scale data transformation using Spark and Flink across various storage formats.
• Implement secure and compliant data solutions with a security-by-design approach.
• Act as a technical advisor for clients, translating business needs into pragmatic engineering decisions.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Deep experience with Spark and modern platforms like Databricks or Snowflake.
• Proven track record of owning large-scale data platform architectures.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Pulumi) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of data testing frameworks such as dbt, Great Expectations, or Soda.
• Must be based in Poland
