What you will do

• Ship AI agents to production with measurable impact on business workflows.
• Build self-serve operations models with comprehensive documentation for AI agents.
• Produce and maintain a prioritized backlog of AI opportunities through stakeholder collaboration.
• Continuously monitor and improve AI agent performance based on real-world usage.
• Develop Python-based AI-powered data workflows and pipelines integrating AI orchestration tools like dbt and Airflow.
• Translate business problems into AI-powered data solutions and automate recurring analytical work.

Requirements

• Location: Remote work based in Colombia
• Proven experience in SQL and data modeling accelerated with AI.
• Strong Python skills for building AI-powered data workflows and production pipelines.
• Experience with ELT/ETL tools and AI orchestration frameworks such as dbt and Airflow.
• Experience with data warehouses like BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or Databricks at production scale.
• Ability to ship fast and iterate in ambiguous environments with AI-first engineering practices.
