Salary: ₱60,000–₱67,000 per month.

What you will do

• Plan, build, deploy, schedule, and QA email and SMS campaigns in Cordial and Attentive.
• Maintain a promotional calendar aligned with products, offers, seasonality, audience segments, and business goals.
• Configure promotional offers and promo codes, review creative and copy, and ensure accurate customer redemption.
• Build and maintain audience segments and suppression lists based on customer lifecycle and campaign objectives.
• Track KPIs, run A/B tests, analyze results, and provide weekly performance reports with recommendations.
• Coordinate with design, merchandising, and marketing stakeholders to align campaigns with brand and product priorities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on email marketing experience, including campaign execution in an ESP.
• Strong understanding of email KPIs and e-commerce metrics, including revenue, AOV, and conversion rate.
• Experience with email platforms, automation, audience segmentation, and suppression logic; Cordial and Attentive experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for light edits to existing email templates.
• Proficiency in Excel reporting with tables, charts, and graphs.
• Ability to work fully remotely from the Philippines on a 9:00 AM–6:00 PM US Pacific Time schedule.
