What you will do

• Support senior analysts in evaluating and monitoring investment managers and related recommendations.
• Prepare and update research reports, quantitative analyses, and presentations.
• Conduct primary research by engaging with industry contacts and developing market intelligence.
• Monitor financial market developments, with a focus on regulatory and policy trends.
• Collaborate across functions to share insights and support investment initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interpret complex financial and regulatory documents.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Curiosity about global markets, investment products, and financial research.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work from the Richmond, Virginia office at least 3 days per week in a hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

• Internship or academic project experience in equity research or financial analysis.
