What you will do

• Execute content update processes, quality assurance controls, and publishing protocols for investment materials.
• Review investment content for accuracy, consistency, outdated information, and discrepancies.
• Test and validate system changes and new processes affecting content integrity.
• Track project timelines, document business requirements, and coordinate changes across data, content, marketing, technology, legal, and compliance teams.
• Identify opportunities to streamline content review, update, and distribution workflows.
• Document, resolve, and report errors or incidents affecting investment content quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, operations management, business, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience with PowerPoint and HTML.
• Demonstrated interest in investment products, financial markets, and investment principles.
• Knowledge of SEC, FINRA, or other regulatory standards relevant to investment content.
• Strong organizational, analytical, written, and oral communication skills with close attention to detail.
