What you will do

• Gather and analyze financial statements, operational reports, industry research, and market data for client engagements.
• Build and maintain complex financial models for compensation valuation and related analyses.
• Conduct due diligence, prepare written reports, and review deliverables for accuracy and quality.
• Participate in client meetings and site visits as needed.
• Manage project timelines, communicate progress, and escalate risks that may affect delivery.
• Contribute to internal and external industry articles and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial theory and/or economics, with experience in financial modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to work four days per week in the Dallas office under the hybrid schedule.
