What you will do

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages and explain variances against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods.
• Support annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting for leadership decision-making.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Operations on commercial and operational analysis.
• Monitor recurring revenue, bookings, churn, retention, expansion, pricing, margins, cloud hosting costs, customer profitability, and operating expenses.
• Improve reporting, reconciliations, data quality, controls, and recurring finance processes through automation and AI-enabled tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, problem-solving, data interpretation, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Oracle Financials.
• Comfort working with large data sets, automation tools, and AI-enabled productivity solutions.
• High attention to detail, sound judgment, ethical conduct, and the ability to manage deadlines and escalate risks or control issues.
