What you will do

• Design and support reusable ETL tools, data-ingestion workflows, and integration accelerators for customer engagements.
• Integrate hirify.global platforms and engineering data sources through APIs, authentication flows, model-data extraction, and data-standardization workflows.
• Build proof-of-concept MCP servers, API wrappers, and integration layers connecting AI agents and LLMs with customer data.
• Translate ambiguous customer requirements into feasibility studies, prototypes, demos, implementation plans, and technical options.
• Validate system readiness, connectivity, authorization, platform configuration, and integration compatibility.
• Document technical solutions, risks, assumptions, configuration guidance, and reusable implementation patterns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of data engineering, software engineering, or technical implementation experience involving cloud data processing, ETL, APIs, or platform integrations.
• Hands-on Python development, strong SQL, data modeling, and experience with analytical data warehouses such as Snowflake.
• Experience designing and implementing ETL or ELT workflows, APIs, authentication, and system integrations.
• Ability to analyze ambiguous requirements, identify technical risks, and build working prototypes or feasibility demos.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to document solutions clearly for reuse.
• Comfort working in service-oriented, consulting-style environments with changing scope and timelines.

Nice to have

• Experience building reusable consulting tools and accelerators.
• Experience with UI, authentication, file-processing workflows, orchestration, automation, or CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, or Terraform.
• REST API design, cloud and serverless technologies, DBT, shell scripting, or AI/MCP concepts.
