What you will do
- Design and deploy enterprise production solutions based on Machine Learning, LLMs, and AI agents.
- Develop AI-powered applications utilizing RAG, agentic workflows, multi-agent architectures, and tool-calling frameworks.
- Build and optimize data pipelines for training, validation, and inference.
- Implement MLOps and LLMOps processes, including automated training, deployment, monitoring, and guardrails.
- Design agent orchestration frameworks and advanced reasoning workflows for autonomous AI systems.
- Collaborate with data science and product teams to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, or AI-related roles.
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI agents and LLM-based applications in production.
- Expert proficiency in Python and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, SmolAgents, or CrewAI.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
- Strong experience with SQL, ETL pipelines, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Fluent English communication skills (C1+)
Nice to have
- Experience with GenAI evaluation frameworks and observability platforms like LangSmith, Arize, or Galileo.
- Experience fine-tuning open-source models and utilizing model serving frameworks.
- Knowledge of graph-based AI architectures and knowledge graphs.
- Experience implementing AI governance, guardrails, and Responsible AI practices.
