What you will do

• Conduct patient admissions using ASAM criteria to determine appropriate level of care.
• Deliver IOP curriculum including Matrix Model, Seeking Safety, and CBT sessions.
• Develop and maintain clinical documentation, treatment plans, and patient records.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to support patient recovery.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and program leadership to ensure patient engagement.
• Participate in community outreach and referral building activities.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid license: MFTC, LPCC, LAC, LCSW, LSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• Must be able to work on-site in Westminster, CO.
• Strong knowledge of substance abuse treatment and human social services.
• Ability to complete clinical documentation meeting regulatory and billing requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
