Senior Employee Relations Manager

Location: Hybrid role based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States.

Salary: $105,500–$168,500 per year, plus eligibility for 401(k), equity grants, and potentially an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Conduct fair, consistent, and timely investigations into complex employee concerns.
• Recommend appropriate actions based on investigation outcomes and risk assessment.
• Partner with Legal and HR teams on cases, policy development, and investigation training.
• Document and track cases using Navex and analyze investigation trends to reduce organizational risk.
• Improve employee relations processes, tools, guides, and internal allegation management frameworks.
• Protect confidential information and maintain credibility when handling sensitive matters.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, law, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive employee relations experience, including extensive workplace investigations.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment law, labor relations, and investigation methodologies.
• Experience with HR information systems such as Workday and investigation case management software such as Navex.
• Excellent interviewing, communication, active listening, mediation, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends when business needs require it.

Nice to have

• Experience in international e-commerce, distribution or fulfillment, veterinary, or pharmaceutical environments.
• Experience with union and non-union organizations.
