What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partner Operations Specialists through mentorship and career support.
• Build and improve operational frameworks to enable the successful management of product partnerships.
• Establish scalable processes, documentation standards, and knowledge management systems to reduce dependencies.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to resolve complex operational challenges.
• Develop and track performance metrics to measure operational health, partner experience, and team effectiveness.
• Drive strategic planning, prioritization, and resource allocation for high-impact initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading operational programs within fintech, financial services, or technology.
• 3+ years of experience managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
• Proven success partnering with cross-functional business leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Experience designing operational systems and workflows that scale effectively.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on strategic documentation.
