Portfolio Manager, Real Estate

Location: North Chicago, Illinois; attendance in Illinois / Lake County is required

Salary: $141,500–$268,500 per year

What you will do

• Manage and negotiate complex commercial real estate transactions across the Americas, including leases, renewals, subleases, expansions, acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Lead real estate projects and align outcomes with business objectives and strategic planning initiatives.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Risk Management, Tax, Engineering, Facility Planning, Business Units, and Government Affairs.
• Oversee external service providers and review deliverables such as business cases, market surveys, RFPs, negotiation trackers, financial analyses, and status reports.
• Prepare strategic recommendations, financial analyses, and operational impact documents for senior leadership.
• Track critical dates, support mergers and acquisitions, and assist with lease administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or Finance.
• 7–10 years of experience negotiating commercial leases.
• Proven success leading real estate transactions in the Americas.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to translate business needs into actionable real estate plans.
• Ability to attend in Illinois / Lake County.
