Senior Financial Analyst (Commercial Real Estate)

Location: Onsite at the St. Louis Park office, Minnesota, United States

Annual salary: $80,000–$95,963, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Perform complex real estate financial and investment analysis for the valuation and disposition of industrial and office properties and portfolios.
• Operate and optimize financial models for properties with existing and speculative cash flows.
• Conduct lease-, tenant-, and property-level financial analysis using ARGUS Enterprise and Microsoft Excel.
• Support client presentations, RFP responses, and new business pitches.
• Collaborate with brokers, design and transaction staff, and client teams to create pitch books and offering memoranda.
• Explore the integration of AI into the analysis process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent high-level aptitude.
• 2–4+ years of experience in commercial real estate investments, debt capital markets, or property management.
• Advanced proficiency in ARGUS Enterprise and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience developing levered cash flow models and performing in-depth financial analysis.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
