Middle Project Manager/Business Analyst

Location: 100% remote; globally distributed team across Europe and beyond

What you will do

• Analyze creative-team workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design scalable process improvements.
• Gather stakeholder needs, define functional requirements, and participate in designing tools and automation solutions.
• Own operational and improvement projects from scoping through implementation, coordinating stakeholders, risks, and delivery.
• Maintain structured, current documentation and knowledge resources in Confluence.
• Coordinate onboarding, tool access, internal training, and external learning initiatives.
• Maintain an organized and regularly updated marketing database.

Requirements

• Experience as a Technical Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Production Manager.
• Experience breaking down complex business processes, writing functional specifications, and overseeing solution delivery.
• Strong ownership, proactivity, and ability to work independently in an uncertain, fast-paced environment.
• Structured and systemic approach to transforming operational complexity into clear workflows and algorithms.
• Understanding of software systems, databases, integrations, and technical logic; coding and SQL are not required.

Nice to have

• Interest in generative AI tools and experience integrating them into workflows.
• Personal no-code or low-code automation projects.
• Experience in creative production, marketing, or advertising agencies.
