What you will do

• Maintain and service automated conveyor systems and trailer interfaces including motors, gearboxes, and pneumatic components.
• Execute full PPM servicing of trailers and automated systems according to structured schedules.
• Provide first-line reactive breakdown support to minimize downtime and support recovery plans.
• Manage on-site spare parts inventory, monitor usage trends, and forecast demand.
• Ensure compliance with site safety, LOTO procedures, and food safety standards.
• Identify reliability risks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK and willing to travel intermittently across UK sites.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Proven experience working with pneumatics, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Competence in PPMs and structured maintenance routines.
• Ability to work in sub-zero freezer conditions of -19°C and below.
• Understanding of LOTO procedures and OEM documentation.
