Product Manager - Data & Analytics (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Overland Park, Kansas, with in-office work Tuesday through Thursday; less than 10% travel required.

What you will do

• Collect and prioritize needs from internal and external stakeholders.
• Assess the impact and cost of competing priorities and maintain a prioritized product roadmap.
• Write user stories, detailed acceptance criteria, and concise product requirements.
• Track, analyze, and improve the performance of features in production.
• Lead and participate in agile design sessions, retrospectives, demos, and related ceremonies.
• Communicate the rationale behind product decisions and collaborate with the Product and Technology team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of agile SDLC methodologies.
• At least 2 years of experience with business intelligence or analytics solutions.
• Practical understanding of relational databases in cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and service-oriented architecture.
• Strong quantitative, qualitative, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Sisense, Tableau, ThoughtSpot, or similar data visualization tools.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or similar cloud data lake and warehouse platforms.
• Familiarity with SQS/SNS, RabbitMQ, or similar publish/subscribe messaging systems.
• Ability to create and interpret basic SQL scripts.
