Product Management Associate (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop product strategies and roadmaps in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Translate roadmaps into actionable user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for technology development.
• Coordinate with investing, engineering, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Analyze competitive practices and end-user feedback to identify and develop product improvements.
• Manage relationships with third-party technology vendors to align their roadmaps with business needs.
• Use data and analytics to drive product decisions and break down large initiatives into manageable components.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Financial Services or product management within an agile environment.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to document complex workflows and communicate technical solutions clearly.
• Proficiency in gathering requirements and defining features for stakeholders.
• Understanding of agile ceremonies and backlog prioritization.
• Location: Must be based in Dallas, TX, United States
