Product Manager - Intelligent Automation (AI)

Location: Overland Park, Kansas; hybrid with in-office work Tuesday through Thursday

What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define new capabilities.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, and maintain a prioritized Jira backlog.
• Collaborate with engineering to scope and deliver buildable product increments.
• Define KPIs and success criteria, monitor feature performance, and drive iterative improvements.
• Support agile ceremonies, user acceptance testing, and validation before production release.
• Document current and future-state workflows and support adoption, training, and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, process improvement, or operations.
• Experience with or strong interest in automation technologies, including Salesforce, RPA, IDP/document intelligence, or agentic AI.
• Ability to create clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work from the Overland Park office Tuesday through Thursday as part of a hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with agile SDLC methodologies and Jira.
• Exposure to Salesforce and RPA platforms such as UiPath.
• Experience in financial institutions, fintech, or B2B payments.
