What you will do

• Coordinate the collection of financial statements, tax returns, and supporting documentation for customer reviews.
• Set up and maintain electronic customer files, folders, and annual or periodic review schedules.
• Track account activity, initiatives, performance results, trends, and opportunities through reports and project-management-style workflows.
• Perform statistical, risk, financial, and data analysis across portfolios, including quality assurance and periodic file audits.
• Coordinate account reviews and customer outreach with Credit & Risk, Account Management, Clients, and other internal teams.
• Support cross-functional initiatives, back-office activities, and special projects.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of business experience, preferably in financial services and a client-facing role.
• Strong analytical thinking with a focus on execution and results.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and customer service skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
