Senior Dynamics 365 CE / CRM & Power Platform Developer (Dual-Write)

Location: Dallas, Texas; hybrid schedule with 4 days onsite and 1 day working from home

Salary: £130,000–£150,000 per year; the description also states compensation of up to £160,000.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and configure Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including plugins, workflows, JavaScript/TypeScript web resources, and automation.
• Build Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, PCF controls, and Power Platform solutions.
• Develop integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management, Dataverse APIs, and Web APIs.
• Lead technical design sessions, produce specifications, and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Manage solution architecture across development, test, UAT, and production environments.
• Support ALM, CI/CD, troubleshooting, security design, and collaboration with consultants, analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM development experience.
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CE modules, Dataverse, solution architecture, data modeling, security roles, and deployment practices.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, plugins, workflows, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages/Portals.
• Experience with Dual-write and master-data integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and Finance & Supply Chain solutions.
• Experience with Azure integration services, REST/SOAP APIs, OData, Web APIs, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Microsoft PL-400, PL-600, MB-210, MB-230, or MB-240 certifications.
• Power BI, embedded analytics, Field Service scheduling, or IoT integration experience.
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience and previous Microsoft Partner or consulting experience.
