Change Order Manager

Location: Remote in Brazil or Mexico. Travel will be minimal.

What you will do

• Lead change order budget creation with project management, financial analysts, functional leads, vendors, and partners.
• Review changes in project assumptions, identify information gaps, and translate service requirements into accurate budgets.
• Schedule and lead change order alignment calls with internal project teams and clients.
• Prepare and customize change order documents, including strategic narratives, budget summaries, resourcing changes, and financial requirements.
• Incorporate vendor and partner change orders while maintaining accuracy and completeness.
• Track change order requests and contribute to departmental metrics and record keeping.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science, finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience preparing proposals and/or change orders using Excel-based costing tools.
• Experience preparing change order and contract documents.
• Working knowledge of project budgets and financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong written, oral, interpersonal, organizational, and independent working skills.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• Experience in the contract research organization or clinical research industry.
