Project Manager, Laboratory

Location: Mexico City, Mexico; remote working. Willingness to travel approximately 20% is required.

What you will do

• Oversee clinical laboratory operations workstreams and ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
• Act as the main client contact for hirify.global Central Laboratories services, including study setup and day-to-day management.
• Attend and represent laboratory project management at client, interdepartmental, and interdivisional meetings.
• Manage studies in accordance with Good Clinical Practice.
• Provide regular study updates and communicate progress to clients and project management leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.
• Previous project management experience in a laboratory or clinical research setting.
• Solid clinical laboratory operations experience.
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to mentor and train junior project managers.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and documentation management skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20%.
