Enrollment Delivery Manager (AI)

Location: Remote in Colombia; listed locations include Medellín, Tolima, and Bogotá.

What you will do

• Own the enrollment funnel from patient qualification and site referral through screening, consent, and randomization.
• Drive enrollment outcomes, throughput, and delivery quality across the operational function.
• Measure funnel drop-off, identify bottlenecks, and improve cycle times and capacity.
• Coordinate clinical operations, technology, customer success, sites, sponsors, CROs, and site networks.
• Build repeatable processes and scale delivery as patient, sponsor, trial, and country volumes grow.
• Hire and lead a team of Project Managers as the function expands.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience leading operational delivery in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Experience owning a conversion funnel or delivery pipeline end to end.
• Track record of scaling operational functions, improving processes, reducing cycle times, and increasing capacity.
• Experience coordinating external partners and internal teams across countries, cultures, and time zones.
• Strong analytical skills, including dashboards, Excel, PowerPoint, and data-driven operational decision-making.
• Structured project management skills and the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams in an ambiguous startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, clinical trials, pharma services, oncology, or health technology.
• Knowledge of biomarker testing, treatment sequencing, or clinical trial design.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Background in management consulting, industrial engineering, private equity portfolio operations, or operational value creation.
• Experience with patient recruitment vendors, site networks, CRO enrollment operations, or AI-powered platforms.
